Nassau paradise island
   There are hotels and restaurants with views of the underwater world on the island! We visited such restaurant and were just fascinated by this exotic. Restaurants and cafes will open in a different time. Some of them opened at 7 am, some ones at 11. There are restaurants that are working all the time. So if you’re hungry, you can always find a place where you can eat. Once my husband and I walked all night on the waterfront and only returned at daybreak. We were very hungry and we took a meal in a very welcoming restaurant with local cuisine on the waterfront. So you can not be hungry in Nassau!
Sometimes people ask me about the best island in the world. And I can say: this is the Bahamas. Nassau paradise island is a beautiful and wildlife, healthy climate and air. If you have bad mood, these islands will cure you for a couple of days! Nassau is paradise city with an extraordinary nature, and kind, sympathetic people, and exotic meals. Nassau is the capital and major economic centers of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. It is located on the island of New Providence. At first it was a quiet port town, and now half of the total population lives here. Paradise is a small island located near the island of New Providence, to the north-east of it. Islands are connected by two bridges. English influence is felt on the islands immediately: there is drive on the left on the streets, the form of the local police like the English too. African continent influenced a culture of the islands: African heritage is manifested in the musical rhythms and meals. City of Nassau was built by English settlers and was named Charlestown after King Charles II. And later it was renamed Nassau in honor of the new English King William III (he is representative of the famous Orange-Nassau dynasty). These islands (and in particular the island of Paradise) are famous for its pirate history. “Headquarters” of Edward Teach, nicknamed Blackbeard was here! Sun, sea and good weather year round attract tourists from all over the world, so tourism on the islands began to develop rapidly in the middle of XX century. Lots of new hotels and restaurants with exotic meal were built on the Nassau Cable Beach (named in honor of the first telegraph, laid here.) And entrepreneurs have begun to develop new, untapped areas of the island after the construction of the bridge, linking the island of New Providence to Paradise Island. They invested fabulous money in construction of modern luxury hotels. We visited this unique island to enjoy unusual nature and were very pleased with our trip! Our trip to the Bahamas and Nassau left only pleasant experiences and I will never forget them!
